Our One Hour Audit service is a special service every new website is given when it starts its WordPress Care Plan subscription with us.

Whilst configuring and setting up the required systems for backups and monitoring, we audit all of your plugins and setup and let you know where and what we think you could do to make sure your website is running at its very best.

Our Emergency Support is available on all plans – any WordPress technical problem you have – just create a new ticket and one of our WordPress Experts will get back to you with a solution.

Remember, we’re your technical partner with all the experience – you don’t need to worry about your site, we’ll do that for you and let you get back to running your business!

We monitor all websites on our care plans 1,440 times per day.

Every single minute, hour, day and week your website is checked by several locations around the world and we’re alerted if it goes down.

When it does, we spring into action and do our own manual checks first and then investigate whether it is your website, webhost or something else!

Each month we provide a monthly summary report which contains the following:

• Updates we carried out
• List of backups
• Results of Security Scans
• Uptime Monitoring Results
• Google Analytics Summary
• Custom notes we add

This report is also available as a white-label report for agencies and freelancers to send to their clients if they wish – no mention of us!

If your website doesn’t already have it setup, we’ll connect it to two of the most important services on the internet when you start a care plan with us.

• Google Analytics – we’ll configure your website to log all visits to your website – you’ll be able to find out when people visit, what pages they visited and where they came from
• Google Search Console – this will let you see ‘behind the scenes’ at Google and what Google thinks of your website! It’ll tell you what errors it has found, what search terms people are using to find your website and also who links to you.

SSL (https://) configuration is massively important to a well-performing website.

Google (the search engine and Chrome, the browser) will punish your site if you don’t have SSL set up correctly.

We’ll make sure it is all set up and configured smoothly for you – that means without using a third-party plugin too!

With our Enhance Pro Plan we offer full WooCommerce support! 

That means if you’ve a technical question about your WooCommerce Store we can help – we’ll also perform upgrades on the core WooCommerce software and associated plugins for you too – you’ll get extra care with this as we’ll only upgrade your site a time that suits you and your users.

If you’ve another eCommerce plugin you use on your WordPress website (such as WP Simple Pay) we also support this too!
