Podcasts. Probably one of the last mediums to join the ever-growing amount of content that people binge on a regular basis.
They’ve only been around for about five years, but they are taking the internet by storm and there are reportedly over 750,000 different shows available with many more starting up each week.
You can listen to them anywhere which makes them so popular. Some people prefer at home or in the gym whilst others listen in the car or on the train – maybe even whilst out for a walk! You can download or stream them with ease via a number of podcast apps available and 99% of Podcasts are completely free – you can see why they’ve become so popular!
Out of the 750,000 shows available, there are of course many niches covering everything you can think of – thankfully, some well-committed hosts in the WordPress and Digital Agency space have sprung up over the last few years with some incredible shows giving out free advice week-in, week-out.
We’ve put together a list of our faves, they are not in any order – other than we make sure we listen to each new episode when they come out! You’ll hear the latest from WordPress news, interviews (with founders and plugin creators), to entrepreneurs and agency owners like yourself – best of all, they are all free and if you really enjoyed a recent episode – you can go back and listen to their entire archive.
So, take a listen to some of these via your preferred Podcast-app (or on their websites) and let all that newly gained knowledge transform your freelancer or agency life!
